Under the umbrella of our group company Intercity Istanbul Park, we carry out a range of activities including “V Weekend Sports”, the biggest driving safety academy in Europe, numerous festivals such as “V Weekend Motoring”, national and international launches, press events, and test-drives. Last November, after a gap of nine years, Intercity Istanbul Park played host to the “Formula 1 DHL Turkish Grand Prix 2020”. The “Intercity Destek” (Assistance) brand covers all Intercity’s customer and fleet assistance operations, including vehicle disinfection, damage repairs, vehicle expertise, breakdown / towing services, replacement car provision, periodical maintenance, tyre assistance, vehicle transfer, and bespoke services for organisations. Under the name “Intercity 2. El” (Intercity Second Hand), Intercity organises the sale and marketing of all second-hand vehicles in its fleet, through the eight large showrooms it operates in the provinces of Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Bursa, Adana, Antalya and Samsun.
Intercity operates its value chain using a coherent business model, according to which all processes can be dealt with by the company itself. The company is made up of numerous departments, namely Sales (Operational Fleet Leasing), Customer Relations, Finances/Accounting, Law, Insurance, Information Technologies, Human Resources, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications and can lay claim to a deep-rooted and powerful culture.
